ACT Event Fund 2018

The ACT Government is inviting applications to the ACT Event Fund from events and festivals that will take place in 2018. The online application process opens on Friday 4 August 2017 at 3:00pm.

The ACT Event Fund has been established as a key mechanism for stimulating and fostering a range of positive economic, social and community outcomes for the Canberra region through the festival and events sector.

The ACT Event Fund is a competitive process and applicants are strongly encouraged to attend one of the public information sessions for an overview of the application procedure and key assessment criteria.

Information sessions will be scheduled on the following days and times:

  • Wednesday, 9 August 2017: 12:30pm – 1:30pm. Level 4, Canberra Nara Centre, 1 Constitution Avenue, Canberra City. Upon arrival, please sign in at the Security Desk in the foyer.
  • Thursday, 10 August 2017: 5:30pm – 6:30pm. (Please note there will be no access to the building after 6:00pm). Level 4, Canberra Nara Centre, 1 Constitution Avenue, Canberra City. Upon arrival, please sign in at the Security Desk in the foyer.

Access to the ACT Event Fund 2018 Guide for Applicants and a link to the online application form will be available at www.events.act.gov.au once the round has opened.

The closing date for applications is Monday 4 September at 12 noon.

Please note that extensions will not be granted and late applications will not be accepted.
