Australia Council - Arts Governance Program
An opportunity for the leaders of arts organisations to enhance their governance practices through a program tailored specifically to the arts.
How does your board prepare for the future? How does it know it's doing a good job and what is its role in monitoring the organisation's artistic health? These are some of the questions that will be tackled in the Australia Council Arts Governance Program presented nationally in partnership with the Institute of Community Directors Australia.
Full day Workshop
The program consists of a full day workshop for small-medium arts organisations, and a webinar series. All participants receive a complimentary two-year membership to the Institute of Community Directors Australia.
A workshop will be held in Canberra on 1 June 2017, and places are limited. Registrations are now open.
The webinar series will explore in further detail key arts governance topics and concepts.
