Widely acclaimed as Australia’s top a cappella group and founded in Canberra in 1993, The Idea of North will join the CYO in a sensational evening of jazz and theatre favourites including It Don’t Mean a Thing, Send in the Clowns and Masquenada.
Matched with Bernstein’s lively Symphonic Dances from West Side Story, his Overture to Candide and selections from iconic film soundtracks, you won’t want to miss this exuberant beginning to the Canberra Youth Orchestra’s 2017 series!
The CYO50 concert series also features Claire Edwardes, Gabi Sultana and James Morrison.
