Entropy is the inevitable and steady deterioration of a system or society.
Most of us live in a fast paced, fast consuming, throwaway society. Things we own are usually discarded and replaced so quick, objects, relationships, pets. Out with old in with the new. Entropy.  Collecting and re-using “stuff” is a way of slowing down this entropic process. Making art out of this “stuff”… sometimes only photographing these things can capture the  inherent beauty of the ephemeral quality of  creatures, objects, actions in time. Interrupting the entropy, reflecting it.
