Free community workshops with Ilbijerri Theatre Company

Tuggeranong Arts Centre is hosting workshops with Australia's leading and longest running Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander theatre company.

Latex Art Workshop with Kamahi Djordon King
11am – 2pm
Free entry, RSVP essential
Join multi-talented artist and Gurindji man Kamahi Djordon King for a special visual arts workshop using latex.  All welcome.

Devising Theatre with Katie Beckett
12.30pm – 2.30pm
In this workshop Katie will use drama games, performance and writing activities to explore ways you can use your own stories to devise a piece of theatre. This workshop is for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people aged 7+ and their families.

Everyone’s Got a Story with Rachael Maza
5.30pm – 7pm
In this workshop for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander adults, participants will have the opportunity to work with one of Australia’s most successful directors to learn how to tell their story through theatre.
