Rohallah is a community dance theatre piece that tells the story of a young man's flight from persecution and experiences seeking refuge in Australia. Drawing on real life recollections, Rohallah brings the personal trials of seeking refuge to the fore.
The piece was developed in 2016 by Little Dove Theatre Art director Chenoeh Miller and Fresh Funk artistic director Caroline Wall as part of Tuggeranong Arts Centre’s Community Arts and Cultural Development program.
This season of Rohallah in the Courtyard Studio is being presented thanks to a partnership with Canberra Theatre Centre.
