Ainslie Arts Centre provides rehearsal, tuition and performance space for community and youth music. The Centre is used by a range of community music organisations as well as musical groups and individuals. Spaces are also let for other purposes on occasion.
The Centre is sited in a heritage-listed building adapted from its former use as the Ainslie Public School (circa 1927). The Centre was adapted for arts use in 2001.
Ainslie Arts Centre is located in Braddon, a short distance from Gorman House Arts Centre, Ainslie Primary School and Campbell High School. The Centre is managed by the Gorman House Arts Centre. . |
