ANU Community Outreach Program
The ACT Government has a five-year funding deed (at $1.4 million) with the Australian National University (ANU) to 2014.
The ACT Government provided $1.4 million in funding in 2011-12 to the ANU to support a Community Outreach Program. Through the Outreach Program, the ANU provides a range of music and visual art programs through the School of Music and School of Art, for access by the ACT community.
The ACT Government also provided $200,000 in funding in 2011-12 direct to the Canberra Symphony Orchestra Inc’s and other ACT arts organisations, to hire Llewellyn Hall.
