Ainslie Arts Centre

Ainslie Arts Centre provides rehearsal, tuition and performance space for community and youth music. The Centre is used by a range of community music organisations as well as musical groups and individuals. Spaces are also let for other purposes on occasion.

Ainslie and Gorman Arts Centres are managed by an independent not-for-profit organisation, Gorman House Arts Centre Incorporated, under head licence from the ACT Government.

Ainslie Arts Centre is located in Braddon, a short distance from Gorman House Arts Centre, Ainslie Primary School and Campbell High School. The Centre is managed by the Gorman House Arts Centre.

The Centre is sited in a heritage-listed building adapted from its former use as the Ainslie Public School (circa 1927). The Centre was adapted for arts use in 2001.
