Blue Sheep with Guard Dog is a playful sculpture located in the heart of the Dickson Shopping Centre. It consists of two sheep, one standing and one lying on the ground, and a brown and red dog that is standing guard close by.
The Blue Sheep make reference to early settlement and the fact that this area around Dickson was "one big open sheep paddock" originally part of the Duntroon Farm. The Guard Dog ties this to the present day and will continue to be visited by many living canine companions.
