Big Swoop is by artist Yanni Pounartzis with the assistance of sculptor Gustavo Balboa and scenic artist Ari Maack.
The magpie sculpture is 2.4 metres high and 3.5 metres long and made from fibreglass and steel. It was commissioned by the City Renewal Authority (CRA) as part of the Placemaking Grants Program.
